The Band

David Daschofsky

David, known as Dave to his friends, founded the Forgotton Celts with Charlie back in 2000. He grew up in many places but spent a majority of his life growing up in Puyallup WA as childhood friends of Charlie.

The two formed the band as a hobby in the SCA and quickly the two pushed out to new venues. Dave left the band in March of 2004, his last performance being the St. Patty's Day show at the Celtic Bayou, to pursue a more serious career in music. He played guitar and pennywhistle in the band as well as lead vocals with Charlie.

Daryl Dinwiddie

Daryl, known as Ford to most, was a member of the band from almost the very beginning. Having spent the later of his teenage years with both Dave and Charlie he was with them in the SCA when the band first started up and even housed the first organized, if you could call them that, practices in his home.

Daryl left the band in the summer of 2002 due to personal differences. He played the tambourine and did backup vocals.

John Deurbrouck

John joined the band shortly before Dave left and, in fact, his first gig with the band was Dave's last. John brought the missing element of the fiddle to the band and was a much enjoyed accompanist during the year that he was with the band.

John left in the Spring of 2005 due to creative differences and direction. He played fiddle as well as plying his growing skills of guitar and vocals and even a few original pieces.
